1.  How do I get tickets to Auto Club Speedway
?
To purchase tickets call (800) 944-7223 or visit the Auto Club Speedway Ticket Office located at the track at 9300 Cherry Avenue, Fontana, CA 92335.

2. What are the ticket office hours?
The Auto Club Speedway ticket office is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30p.m. (closed holidays).

3. Can I purchase tickets on race day?
Tickets can be purchased on race day, subject to availability.  To purchase, visit the box office at Gate 12 or Gate 16. Box office opening hours:
DRIVE4COPD Qualifying Day, Friday March 23 - 10:00 am
Royal Purple 300, Saturday March 24 - 8:00 am 
Auto Club 400 , Sunday March 25 - 7:00 am

4. What is the size limit for coolers?
Guests may bring in one 6" x 6" x 12" soft-sided cooler. For a complete list of rules and regulations please see our Grandstand Policies.

5. What happens if the event is postponed or rescheduled because of incelement weather?
No refunds will be issued. Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date.

6. Does the track charge for parking?
Parking at Auto Club Speedway is FREE.  However, you must have a parking pass to enter most areas of the facility. If you plan to purchase tickets on race day and you do not have a parking pass, follow the signs to General Parking.

7. Who can I contact for assistance on race weekend?
If you need help on any race weekend, you can visit any of our guest relations booths scattered throughout Auto Club Speedway, call our Guest Services Hotline at 909-429-5616, or by texting ACSFAN <space> your issue to 41513.

8. Are trams available from the parking lots to the track?
During NASCAR event weekends a fleet of trams are available to transport guests to specific locations around the facility.  This service is provided free-of-charge and is accessible for guests with disabilities.  Tram service will begin at gate opening time until 60 minutes after the checkered flag.
